Finished Portrait.
The portrait will be finalized in my studio. When it is near completion, the subject and patron will be invited to review the painting one final time. Beyond that approval I will finalize the painting, with varnishes, etc. to prepare it for final delivery.
The time frame from initial planning meeting through delivery of finished portrait can vary widely depending on scheduling sittings, etc. Painting with oil sometimes requires a small amount of drying time between painting stages, but those periods do not usually cause major delays.
